It's strange that you have been told to contact the "maniaplanet" support.
First there is no support that calls "maniaplanet" support.
And the Ubisoft support do support trackmania games: https://support.ubi.com/de-DE/Faqs/0000 ... back=en_GB
They manage accounts issues.

i have just sent u the message i got let me know if i have givent them enough info and if this guy i am talking to is new i think he is about the only thing i cant prove is that i have baught it i havel lost the accounts that prove i have baught the game due to legal issues and not being on for 3yrs so all my email accounts were shut down and wiped so i lost that info but it is my account i was able to get accounts back but like i said all emails were wiped!

so am i getting jerked around by these guys? i am confused here i just want to use my planet points i get and possably get more for unique items i have spotted that i want i havent played my account since cuz i would like all this sorted out first

Sounds like Ubisoft and Nadeo need to get some things sorted regarding support.. :/ That's a pretty bad answer to a common issue posted here on the forums. Hope you get it fixed though, OP.
