hoping you can teach a old dog a old trick lol. yes i am not new to modding, but i am stuck and need help.

ok i have seen people change the way the sky background looks, how do yous do that and what files do i mod, in the valley textures.maybe if you can make a little tuta on youtube or something

2.how to change it ?
3.what do it save it as

always wanted to know but never found out how because i never asked
also posted on maniapark copy and paste from maniapark
since i have some spare time i was looking to have some fun messing around with sky lines..
as i have had to leave the gaming side testing and long time track making for a few months due to ill health, but i always wanted to know how to do this above
