It sounds all great , realy it does.
But like most of us want to know when can we expect something , like a fix or update ?

But then again all these dates are goals, keep that in mind.

Greetz,
The boss said :
Here’s how we intend to organize this schedule: 6 months of development on the major version, 3 months of beta, 3 months of updates and we start again with 6 months of major development, etc. And to reduce the waiting time during the 6 months, i’ll try to bring some previews on the last 3 months before the beta.
So we passed the 6 months of dev. ?
But the wait goes on I guess.

All this great creativity in the next update
I´m in the game every day... sometimes half an hour and some days over 3 hours or more.....
of all the games i´ve ever played or owned. Maniaplanet is the only one that gave me all that I ever wanted.

Re: Hello Planet #6
My feedback:
I really like the new features and then completely new creative part, but I'm not sure where I like the "stormman in the car"-part... What should this be? GTA? Nadeo, you created many genoius racing-games and an awesome shootmania, but please don't start like gta. Let the church in the village.

Re: Hello Planet #6
Happy to hear stuff is happening in the first place
.
I do have some concerns myself though, which did not get covered in this post, and I really wonder what your stances are on this. In my opinion, these points should get some priority as they're in my eyes core to the game, rather than seeing new tools being developed.
Mostly my experiences with ManiaScript:
- No custom structures can be created, significantly complicating development
- It is, compared to state-of-the-art interpreted languages significantly slower, which forced me to cancel many projects
- There is currently no way to control client-sided game flow, causing laggy response times
- The event system is set-up in a way that for each event many unused fields are returned, which is very confusing
- There is no way to pass single-shot events between the server and client
- I cannot find documentation of the language at all(?)
Also, my experience with title packs is mostly that users find it a huge hassle to download/install it all, it is in my opinion a very complex and tedious system. Is there anything planned to improve UGC sharing and accessibility too?
I didn't read anything explicitly about the points stated above in the post and I'd love to see improvements in these aspects.

Re: Hello Planet #6
I didn't quite understand this bit. So our old offline records will be automatically put as Official Times right? And the same "official" mode as TMT will aply. But what about the "integration of the modifications of the tracks"? Do you mean that the maps in the official campaigns will change? It’s at the occasion of this update that we’ll officialize the records done in the solo on Trackmania and we’ll launch a new season on the campaigns of Canyon/Valley/Stadium/Lagoon which will integrate the modifications of the tracks, also allowing to integrate some new blocks and rules changes like the switch to the “always officialâ€.
And btw will there be an official mode for Platform?
Really happy with those news anyway! Keep it up!

Re: Hello Planet #6
^^Any clarificatin on the new official/solo stuff would be great.
I'm wondering what Poutrel is wondering. Do the current best unofficial times now become "official" times? Or is it an entirely new campaign, pehaps in it's own titlepack like TM2? Will there be a fully global ranking that includes all environments?
I feel that something is lost in the English translation, but it all looks very fun and promising.
