That is a cool one. Probably a ton of power too.
For a Stadium car I think it should be a little shorter with a bit more suspension. (If it's for dirt and paved).

The last picture is just weird: Driving around with a steel gate sitting in your car must be very uncomfortable! :?

This is only for tests of the aerodynamics, or even more, a silly idea of the designer for that picture,
but certainly not meant to be permanent accessory of the car.
I guess it is only a grid that measures air pressure, or pipes that can emit smoke, to visualize the air flow.

Don't forget, those are pure CGI images ;)
