Hello folks.

I'm a long time fan and owner of multiple copies of your TrackMania and ManiaPlanet software.

I run two clubs 3 times per week, for the last 12+ years. We are a group of older "IT Professionals, Relaxing". Our club name is SPC = Shark Pit Command. We also run many other games, FPS and RPG of various colors.

One of my members thought he'd "clean up" some of our machines and caused a major problem. The key's to many games, including yours, were removed by the software he used.

Since my original purchase of the first 3 TMUF's were back in/before 2005 (The 4th was 11/30/10 I have dos for), I cant locate any related emails for the key's. Can you send a re-set password to my email address [edited]?

Also, my Mania Planet account is acting weird (Internet Only). I can't seem to find a way to get Canyon copies to see my local Lan maps. The users associated with MP are SPC-CyberSlayer, SPC-Jumpstris, SPC-Deadist. Any suggestions for repairing access to my own maps? I've placed them in multiple folder locations related to M.P. and it just doesn't see them.

The most urgent need is the original TMUF. We've recently paused from GrimDawn and would really like the TMUF's working again. Hopefully I wont need to re-purchase 5 sets.

Don't you have a system backup of this machine?

For any key / account related support query, it is necessary to contact the Ubisoft support, and this is valid for both Trackmania United and Maniaplanet.

Normally, the key is attached to an account in Maniaplanet, this means you don't need the key anymore for a local installation as it was the case with TMUF. install maniaplanet, connect with "existing account", and it should be fine.

That you can't find maps is probably due to the fact that they are either gone, or in a folder which is not accessible anymore (wrong permissions perhaps?).

Can you see the maps on the disk?
