Do you only get one slot and when its played you must create new one for next episode?
Is there replay system, to create program for every week wednesday 22:00?

What if 300 people creates a slot between 18:00-22:00 how it is managed, Is your slot moved and active after 2weeks?
If its automatic move to different time, what if the slot is at bad hour, 10:00 in the morning?

I would like to see it working before sharing an opinion. Seems interesting and it could unite some players for sure. I am not impressed by the design tho. I can easily see 4-6 fonts/variations just in that calendar alone... :/. It's a bit too chaotic and it puts me off.

Also the left-thingy is supposed to show the total calendar but it's just too small. It makes me wonder why you are not using the entire width of the screen. You have 30%-40% extra space available there.

IDEA: 9/10
Design: 2/10 (sorry)

Just a tip :)

Jax, it's Nadeo that going to select the programs. Only one per slot and it will be repeated each week unless it changes.

Novationx, thanks for the 9/10 for the idea. For the UI, taken from hello planet #6
Also, I know that some people wait more in-depth work about the finishing touches or the interfaces. It’ll be the purpose of the betas, and a bigger focus will be given to that on Maniaplanet 5, because there are too many systems changing right now, and we need them to be stable before investing time on UI
We are so on the features at the moment and we need to stay agile. For exemple, we made the layout of the interface this morning, had it running this afternoon so we can take the shot for the feature. We need to first have things working well.

That's pretty last minute! Looking forward to the final UI. I saw some screenshots from the previous preview which gave me the impression that the entire Maniaplanet interface was completely renewed/modernized though. Maybe I was wrong thinking that?

2. that's a big part of it, servers are spawned by Nadeo to welcome everybody. That could be a matchmaking infrastructure, like one for a Chase mode for example
So no own dedicated servers (with a server controller) possible then? How to manage/setup maps on the "program"?

Well, as I understood ~8% of the info of the previews, I'll wait some extra months to have a good appreciation of what this is. Because at the moment I have 0 idea how this will work.

Miss, what you saw is the Trackmania Maker, a specific Title that could be after derivated by players to enable pack creations. The Lagoon interface is also being worked out. For Maniaplanet, like I said, the system is big & complex and we are first looking at finding the right way to use it. And I feel that we made a good step with the channels on that aspect as well since "one click" join can be done and should provide other players and diverse creations at adapted skill level. There is a lot of job to be done to make this all smooth.

Undef, the map list will be defined from within the player interface on the web. It will be possible to define maps for bronze/silver/gold players. For having the abilities to have some custom services, the interface will have to be done in Maniascript/Manialink at the beginning. It could be the opportunity to also dig into the question of the intense expert dashboard versus polish/designed UI, maybe with the same bronze/silver/gold type of variation, don't know yet. We still have a long road to do and it will be a priority in beta & updates until June.

I7mean, I introduced the Hello Planet #6 by saying it was kind of a puzzle. Increasing diversity and creative tools without the channels, for example, would have been an issue. The Title Pack maker can become a great asset to define programs since it will helps integrate objects with custom datas more easily into maps to be played by more people and also benefit of the solo on TM thanks to the official everywhere etc. And there is still a lot of things to be done and explained.

"At Maniaplanet launch, channels will be the only way to access the free multiplayer."
"free multiplayer" - does this mean the demo version only? Will the regular server browsers remain available in full version or do channels replace that completely?

We will shut down the server browser during the beta to help test together and a special program schedule could be set up to help at player's requests. Once we will launch MP4, server browser will be available to payed account.
