Maniaplanet 4 and ShootMania

Hello everybody,

Some might remember me from the early days of ShootMania, I played with Team Dignitas and also covered some of the tournaments with English commentary. I saw the announcement of Maniaplanet 4 and look forward to checking out the game again. If there are any online tournaments to play for fun, I'm idling in the Discord server and would like to play one evening - drop me a message.

Is there an ETA as to when MP4 will be available? I've checked the announcement threads but I couldn't find an estimated release date. On the Discord server, apparently it's currently in closed beta.

Glad you like the news about the new update that is coming!

Oh so you've done english comentary! I'd love to do that.
I hope we can have a little chat in the shootmania Discord Chanel or something later this evning.

As for the ETA for when ManiaPlanet 4 is ready;

It's currently in closed beta under NDA.
I've heard they plan to run the beta for about a month.

The plan is to keep the beta running for a couple of weeks, not a month.
But bare in mind this may still change.
