Frusttating - Help Me Sort Out Logging On, Keys, Etc.

Greetings -

Man is my head going to explode. I hope someone can help!

I own Trackmania United Forever I purchased through Steam. I also purchased Canyon, but I don't remember where I purchased it from. I also have Trackmania 2. Now I can access Trackmania United Forever Star edition through Steam. Apparently, in this game\version I have a default account which is my computer name. When I try to link it to an account I already have (I will mention that in a minute) I can't because I can't sort out my passwords in my password page. I tried all variations of passwords and user names for the titles I am discussing in this thread.

When I connect to Maniaplanet, I am already logged in with a user name that Trackmania 2 UF does not even recognize. I can access the demo content, but that is it. When I attempt to enter the key for Canyon, I get an error message saying my key is already in use. But, I cannot access the content, it is not activated in Maniaplanet.

It appears the the shortcut Trackmania just takes me to the Maniaplanet logon screen. Just to be thorough, I tried my login credentials there. No luck. Arghhh...... I did request a password reset for both accounts, the one I am already logged in with and the other I cannot login with. Either way, I don't have passwords. I get a message after requesting a reset that mail "was sent successfully" but I don't get anything from either account. And I only use one email, so that cannot be the problem.

So, in summary. I have purchased Trackmania 2 UF in Steam but I can't play it because I can't associate my serial key with an account because I cannot logon. I can't register a new account to link to because I get a message "the email is already in use." I can login and access demo modes to Trackmania 2 and Canyon, but I can't access the content as I am not sure what key is for Trackmania 2 Stadium and my Canyon key is "already in use."

There seems to be so much overlap here I don't know what is what. My password log I keep could be a little cleaner, but man this is insanity. This has more plot overlap than a season of Breaking Bad. Any advice on how to sort this out? If Maniaplanet would send me my password resets I could probably fix everything but they are just not arriving. I have yet to find a way to directly email support - does anyone know if that can be done? If so, where can I find it? I am not even sure game keys will help me in this case as I will surely get error messages.

Are Trackmania 2 Stadium and Canyon (and the other titles accessible through Maniaplanet) are meant to be separate from Trackmania United Forever?

Can anyone offer advice on how to sort this all out? This s a train wreck! Thanks for any assistance.

Hey, it seems you have some problems.

First, Trackmania 2 UF does not exist as a real game (a bit complicated to explain)
Second, yes, TMUF and the TM² serie are 2 different group of games. So there's no link between your TMUF account and Maniaplanet's one.
Third, I do not own Maniaplanet or TMUF on steam because they are DRM free. Steam is not great in that case.

I don't know how the steam instance works. Try to go on these playerpages and re-download the game from here:

If you cannot recover either account, please contact the Ubisoft Support and try to get them to lookup what the login names and attached emails for the accounts are where you redeemed the serial keys.
