MP3 Serverlogin in MP4 Serverlogin // Planets Transfer ?

Hola,

I have to setup some server again and I have a question.

I have some serverlogins registed on this Page. On these server, there are tons of planets on different serverlogins. Now I have to recreate (?) these logins again on the this page and how can I transfer the planets on these old MP3-serverlogins to MP4-Serverlogins? ^^

Or did I missed something about this?
