my f2p friend cannot play anything

So..i own every title except Valley.. and everything works fine after update...
But my friend which doesnt own anything can not play 1 hour per day anymore...is that how it is supose to be?
He cant install the game because he have no tiles, when he tries to purchase tiles for planets i sent him - it says he cant use planets bcs he is f2p... ( also he cant send me back 5k planets )

so yeah, he quited.. since he cant just join me in TM whenever he wants... he never played more than 30 min... demo was perfect for him... well 1 less friend to play with i guess.. ill try to convince him to purchase....
