Here is an update for the server:

Among the changes, the issue with utf-8 encoding should be fixed!
It also contains the data in preparation for lagoon.

oh and there was an other change since MP3 that can be of some interrest:
* there's a /parsegbx=somefile that will read the file and writes to stdout a json file with some info depending on the file type.
(it can be usefull for replays, and mostly title.pack.gbx -> gives a list of published files and the tilepack.xml description file)

I miss the callbacks for endturn of elite.. the ones that showed armor at start armor at end etc..

Is this problem related with the dedicated server? I'm using windows
The server controller can't detect that the deciated server is using script mode but game_mode is actually set to 0(which is script mode).

I tested it yesterday and works fine. The Rounds.Script.txt is changed and had 2 new variables (S_RoundsPerMap and S_MapsPerMatch).

The script xmlrpc api was also updated with this server.

There are not a lot of changes, but now that we are out of beta the versioning system is in use. You have to set the api to version 2.1.0 to get the latest changes.
