No split screen in trackmania 2 stadium

I just bought this game on steam because I wasn't happy with the split screen in TM turbo. Now I find there is no split screen at all, but apparently there used to be - see here:

So what happened?

A new major update came out a few weeks ago, and they didn't implement splitscreen to it yet. Hylis said that splitscreen will come out around Lagoon release (May 23rd)

If you can't wait, there is an another SplitScreen created by Domino54 here : viewtopic.php?f=538&t=37493

Just download the title with the 2nd link (the 1st does not work) then place the downloaded file in the "Packs" directory which is by default in: (My) Documents \ ManiaPlanet \ Packs. Then, launch ManiaPlanet, log in, and when you are on the Home screen (where there are Game Modes (Channels and titles)), drag down while holding down the left mouse click. Find the title "TrackMania SplitScreen" and click on it. Click on "Load for Everyone" you can play this title! Everything is carefully explained on the link if you have any doubt for how to play this mode ^_^

By the way, same interface as TMTurbo

Just updated again, and still no split screen but thanks heaps for the link. I will give it ago.
