I don't know what you all have with Steam. Steam is not working at all w.r.t. to playing on multi-title servers.
Later, after the release, if you were eligible for Lagoon, there might be the possibility to contact the Ubisoft support to ask them for a transfer of your Lagoon key to the Steam database.
But I would say: wait for the release first and then see what is there for us.

Maniaplanet is the home base for TrackMania, therefore releases will certainly happen there first and this is logical and understandable.
As I wrote somewhere else before, Steam and other platforms will take time.
Perhaps only a few hours, perhaps one day, perhaps a few days.

For steam users and uplay users, you will be able to launch Trackmania 2 Lagoon by the same way you had during the beta (through another maniaplanet 2 title).
Now all beta Lagoon players (steam, uplay or maniaplanet) have access to Trackmania 2 Lagoon in maniaplanet.

No, I fear not. Actually the registration to the beta was told to be done until May 18th when the beta started.
And now the beta ended, so there is no new access possible.

would be interested too

1st i own several trackmanias so would be able to redeem
2nd i fotgot my passwor, reset button on maniaplanet site does not work with whatever browser i try, its broken so no chance to sign up for beta last days
3rd i own turbo on uplay only non steam, but uplay does not give me shootmania storm demo for example so no chance to connect?

also there was no email news to turbo owners about that chance, very sad
