Trackmainia Update Failing after Installing ManiaPlanet 4

For the past week, I have been attempting to update Trackmania2 with no success. The update begins as normal, but ALWAYS halfway through the downloading of TMStadium.zip, the entire download restarts. After repeating this several times, the launcher spit out an error: "Unable To connect to server: Cannot connect to server (12002)."
I have attempted to troubleshoot. I have restarted my computer, I have reinstalled ManiaPlanet4 more times than I can count, I bought the steam version, I have done everything I could think of (Other than completely reinstalling my OS.) I know it is not my internet. I have a stable and reliable 50mbs connection. I tried it on a different computer, still doesn't work. Now, it is entirely possible that Trackmanias download servers are completely overloaded due to the flood of people updating. It could also be ManiaPlanet4, which I have found very finicky.

I really don't know. I just really want to play some track mania.

Basically the downloads ingame are working fine.

Try to disable your antivirus before running the updates.
Also check that you have enough diskspace free also on C: drive.

You could also do the following: in the launcher, disable high definition, this will let download smaller texture packs.
