i have problems with my key/validation

first of all i hope this is the right spot to post.
i dont realy know why the v4 maniplanet panel wouldnt take my game key.
may i get help with that?

Did you already had activated it before? Then you don't need to add it again on the new player page.

Of course such a "silly" internal server error is always bad

hm, yes it was activated at some point in time i guess.
it is a realy old key i should mention.
i entered it to steam a year ago or so. i had problems to validate the key since then.

Normally, once a key is registered, it does not need to be entered again.
And a key can be registered only once and only to one Maniaplanet account.
It cannot be reassigned to another account.

If you have issues with an existing new key, please first contact the sales support where you got that key, and then Ubisoft directly, via the support page.
