Cant verify TM:turbo for TM:lagoon on UPlay.

Just download Shootmania Elite Demo and install to different location all folders asked in instalation. Log in with MP3 login/pass and update maniaplanet. When You reach main menu, you should be able to register on website to get full version of lagoon.

The problem is that we never get to the point where UPlay asks us to pick an install location. The error message pops up as soon as I hit "Download" in UPlay, it never gives me an option to choose where to install to.

I checked UPlay's debug.log and figured that this line is the cause of the problem:

Which most likely indicates that either the server is rejecting anyone that attempts to download the game, or the game's files are not on Ubisoft's servers anymore.

Which got me thinking - didn't Nadeo remove the Trackmania and Shootmania demos off Steam? Is it possible that they also removed it from UPlay when MP4 came out, preventing anyone who owns all of the trackmania games on Steam/standalone from linking their UPlay account to MP4, if they haven't done so already?

Edit: Just checked this thread, the Shootmania demo download should work but it's not for some reason.

I just tried to find it on the uplay web page, Shootmania or alspo "Shoot Mania" is simply not there anymore.
I was able to donwload and install Shootmania only a wek ago (exactly at 18th) and now it's gone

And on the Ubisoft page https://www.ubisoft.com/de-DE/game/shoot-mania-storm/ it simply links to Maniaplanet: https://www.maniaplanet.com/titles/SMStorm@nadeo

oh my, gladly I downloaded the demo just in time to get Lagoon on Maniaplanet... damn, this is bad :'(

Shootmania can be downloaded, but the registration website got taken offline

Don't waste your time trying to redeem free Lagoon. It doesn't exist: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=40939&start=240#p285468

Only people who registered to the hidden beta on May 11-18 got it and that's it.
