[BUG][Lagoon] Custom Engine Sounds Not Working

Hi,

In Lagoon custom engine sounds aren't working. In all other environments the same engine sounds work perfectly.

When will this be fixed?

Its perhaps not a matter of fix, but of information how the custom sounds are working with the Lagoon car.

I remember Stadium had this issue when it was first released, so i'm inclined to believe this is a bug.
