Problems with my validation code

Hello all!

First of all, excuse me if i open this post on the wrong forum. Its my first post here. Also sorry for my english, because i'm not a native speaker (i'm from brazil) and i do a lot of gramatical errors and stuff like that.

I'm trying to use a skin made by my team, but when i come to my profile and choose that one, i get a message to insert my validation code as you can see on the image below

The problem is that i've already informed the five char code, but it says that's is a wrong code even if i refreshed the code on my player page (maniaplanet website)

How can i solve that problem?

Apparently the skin uses a model that needs to be "purchased" in game.
Could you ask someone of your team so they can tell you where they got the model or original unmodified skin from exactly?
E.g. a link to the so called Maniapark. This is a website where there are hundreds, if not thousands, of models, skins and objects for Maniaplanet.
Then we could try to see of that specific model / skin is working.

Besides this, since the last update of Maniaplanet, there are some issues.
I don't know if there are validation issues, but this could also be possible.
