Is it possible to deactivate the horrible sound when the car go backwards ?

This car is a sports car or a construction machine ?

I guess you mean the beep sound while being in the backwards gear. That's part of the custom server plugin and cannot be deactivated as far as I know. I dislike it as well though, you're not alone

You can disable it by pressing the sound icon in the Speed-o-meter widget.
