Can't publish a TP in Store - Logo deleted??

Hello again with a new problem.

I can't publish a Titlepack into the Store because the Logo gets deleted and I have to upload it over and over just to see it being gone again.

Image is transparent, 448x191 in size and a png. file. What is wrong with this?
