Nope. You usually can not earn planets by playing these games.

If you are playing an official Trackmania title with a full license, you can earn planets by reaching each 1000 LP benchmark for the first time. If you reach those benchmarks on a demo license, any planets you would have earned are held until you upgrade to a full license.

You neither can earn planets nor use planets with a demo account

And to be honest planets are useless for both free demo players and full game players ^^ (unless you wanna make a server)
