ERROR Local records plugin

Hey

I create a new server with Maniacontrol , but when i put LocalRecordplugin in the server folder and when i started the server i have this :

Without the localrecordplugin the server work fine !

Any answer for that error ?

It's MC 0.221 and PHP 7.0.10
