In maniaplanet 3 if it performed its function, but with Maker does not work

In (folders) a strange thing happens, I put all the necessary folders to load the blocks (same system as MP3)
But in Maker when creating the title, these lines in Maniaplanettitle.xml disappear !!!

And finally
The order of placement of the blocks in the editor with Maker is the reverse !!!

Now I have a big problem, my blocks are badly collated in the editor

I solved the problem in part, I managed to hide the old editor blocks.
But the order of the blocks in the editor is still in reverse
I can not change the name for example "1-block-02-1.Item.gbx" to put it somewhere else in the editor ,,, for the reason that the old maps will not read it.
The only solution is to rename all blocks and put the old ones in "internalitems"
And the new renamed blocks with the correct numbering to place them in the corresponding sites for easier reading.
This forces me to publish all the blocks and their weight.
I think there has to be another solution ...................
