[BUG][Solved] Title pack is not shown in TP library

Today evening I've published a TP and no users are able to play it because it's hidden in title packs library. I've got the same bug in MP3 when I wanted to play TM2 Snow title. It was not in TP library, but it was in MyData\Packs folder. I am able to see my own others can't see mine title

That's because your file is all zeroes, your upload failed somehow.
