Yes, everything is set as "High" and as I said, the game looks fine at first THEN becomes a blurry mess

I mean, what are your system specs?

The problem clearly doesn't come from my video card, as the problem didn't occur before, aka 3 days ago.
What's more, I have no idea how to check my specs reguarding the video card.

Try to check it with DXDIAG in your startmenu and select the display tab, or try CPU-Z to get all info:

You've probably reach the limit of the video memory of your graphic card. You may force to use more memory (AGP Usage) in the compatibility option at expense of the performance.

Yet please note that your graphic card start to be very old.
