Maniaplanet Server 2017-08-30

Hello folks,

Here is a new server to go with the client update.

Changes for the server:

• Server: Client ManiaApp can now SendCustomEvent() to the server script.
• Server: Fix max opponents setting with script modes.
• There's also a small network improvement for servers with many players.

Did they fix the car skin, horn, and billboard issue yet?

oh and there was an other change since MP3 that can be of some interrest:

* there's a /parsegbx=somefile that will read the file and writes to stdout a json file with some info depending on the file type.
(it can be usefull for replays, and mostly title.pack.gbx -> gives a list of published files and the tilepack.xml description file)

With this update /parsegbx does not only work with Packs, but also with Replays and Ghosts (thanks for fixing this).
Detailed information about Maps are still not available.
