Thousands of a second behave strange

I think this is not the first Map where something like this happens but apparently every time you finish the Thousand of a second always is "2" , "5" or "8"
This only is the case if you finish through the Jumpfinish though. If you finish through the second finish gives you other values aswell.

even though this is not the first time thousands of a seconds being suspicious.
