Can't change car in Stadium enviroment.

In custom titlepacks I can't change the car to a custom vehicle in stadium, but it works for other envis fine.

Is there any solution for this?

This is a limitation of Stadium that only skins for Stadium (based on Stadium Car) work there. Other cars, e.g. from Canyon or Valley or Lagoon don't work in Stadium.

Noone knows why this is a thing, especially after Stadium envimix used to work perfectly fine during the beta phase of Maniaplanet 3.

It's been suggested that it's because Nadeo wants to keep it "exclusive" because of esports.
