because my account is pretty old, I unfortunately lost my playerkey + E-Mail to it. As you need a validation code, which I don't have, I do need my playerkey back or need a new one. I already wrote to Ubisoft Support, 4 weeks ago, no answer.

I just thought about, if I buy Canyon (non-Steam), do I get a key, which I can use for generating a new validation code? I need this to be answered, because I don't want to waste 20 euroes. Thanks.
Or any other solutions for this problem?
