Maniaplanet Fullscreen issue

Purchased a new laptop recently for tournament use at LANs abroad, when trying to load up maniaplanet (specifically Trackmania Stadium) I had an issue with the game being open only with half of the screen visible and with the colours being distorted. The game will open fine and run no problem on windowed + windowedfullscreen but any attempts to put it to fullscreen causes this visual problem. Other games including Rocket League, CS:GO and TMUF all work without any sort of problem when fullscreen. When going into advanced stereoscopy and changing the setting to Left|Right, it will then show the same colour distortion however it will show the fullscreen.
Possible solutions of which were tried was a fresh installation of both steam version and standalone versions seperately, freshly installing graphics drivers, different launcher settings, optimised nvidia and intergrated settings (problem occurs when trying to run it on integrated also) tried properties, dpi scaling behaviour, fullscreen optimizations and different compatibility settings.

Laptop in question is a MSI GL62M 7RDX which has:
I5-7300HQ 2.5GHz
NVIDIA GTX 1050 2GB
8GB DDR4 RAM
1TB HDD 5400RPM
Windows 10
Build 1709

Did you setup both the nvidia control panel and tje maniaplanet launcher video configuration accordingly?

You can post pictures e.g. using imgur or similar temporary image sites.

Tried and was rejected as stated not allowed to use URL or website links, but yes we linked up launcher settings

These are the problems I was having, You can see the steroscopy settings i done in the second photo, also I tried setting it up with the monitor i will take to event (AOC AG271G) via display port but also ran into the same problem despite different res/refresh rate and such
