Masterserver is kicking out Players

Hi,
The Masterserver is having weird Problems, It's logging out users/players after about 20 Minutes or more
It's bad if you need to pay Planets or if you want to browse the Serverlist

Some Players are trying to pay Planets, And they get "You are not connected" "Invalid language" or even random numbers

not the numbers are the problem,
it's logging out after about 20 minutes, and then it says "you are not connected" id "18"
the planet ICON will disappear
