Key Registration Failed: Internal Error

Hey all, couldn’t find the solution online and I couldn’t find a support email address for Maniaplanet so here:

Purchased TM2 Canyon thru steam and went to register the game CD key with the maniaplanet launcher thing and I am greeted by the error “Key Registration Failed: Internal Error”

I’m not sure what’s causing this error but if Im unable to play this game I’m going to be pretty mad because I spent $15 on it.

Cheers, but I’m facing a different error. Although I do have Stadium linked to a different mania planet account I dont remember what account it is, so I made a new one for Canyon. If I try to enter the Stadium key it says that it’s already linked with another account (which it is) but when I try to enter the Canyon key it gives me the error I stated in the original post. Not sure what could be causing this haha

Also, is there a way to locate lost maniaplanet accounts? If I can find the account linked with Stadium I might be in luck trying to link Canyon to it!
