Canyon Extensions

Hi all have a quick question
have been on Canyon Extensions a few times now, since going onto the new version it is asking
for a validation key after entering validation key it tells me key has already been used and I can no longer
go on never had this problem before any idea's. Thanks all

What do you mean by Canyon extension? You can encounter this issue when not connecting with the account linked to your key. Are you sure that you log in with the right account? On which platform did you purchase TM2 Canyon?
