[Suggestion] Maniaplanet VR

I am really a fan of VR and i can damn good imagine to play Shootmania/Trackmania on Maniaplanet in VR,
This would be so interesting.

But for shootmania i really want to see my charakter finally XD even if it would be made that you can only see yourself as the default shootman.
Using the touch controller of the oculus would make me play Shootmania 24/7 again.

When I was messing around with the VR code in Turbo in Openplanet a while ago, xbx told me that he wasn't sure why Maniaplanet has cut the OpenVR code. Perhaps we'll see it again some day.

There was some early vr implementation.

I believe Oculus might still be possible in ManiaPlanet, but I'm not sure. There should be a setting for it in the settings. I don't have an Oculus so I can't test it..

HMD are supported but the openvr_api.dll might be outdated.

The old MP3 implementation of Oculus never used OpenVR as far as I'm aware, that was only added in Turbo. MP4 never calls any OpenVR functions.
