IDEA: Mode with Car Collilsion

Hi,

i think the next step, to make Trackmania more interesting, would be to bring Modes or Title Packs with Car Collision and Damage to the Game.
Especially in Rounds or Laps Mode, this would be an improvement. Also, we could do, CrashCar Races and so on!

What do you all think about this

well, there are currently the possibilities in maniascript, like boolean CTmMode::EnableCollisions and real CTmModeEvent::Damages

I tried a gamemode with enabled collisions in multi, but it seems that I made a mistake or it doesn't work.
Anyway it might be a challenge for maniascript guys find a workaround to create derby gamemode.

Nice to see, that people actually try, to bring this feature to TM!

I hope you are successfull.
I know nothing, about Maniascript, so i can't help.

Hmm, this split screen image! A Duell Mode with Car Collision, 1on1, that is in my brain, when i see this image.
I think it would be complicated, when to much players are on one Track, so they should be limited.

Maybe creating a new Envi for Car Collision, with wider Streets for Racing!
