First of all. The colors of the game change a little. But that's not a problem. They look a little more darker.
But in the skin, my one it's a custom one, made by me. I do skins for a long time. Everything ok, just a little more darker, but...this is the but that matters, the wheels they full bright, lots of shining like full shiny. And they weren't. I always do my skins without shiny. The opacity that i use for my skins it's 10 in wheels and 15 to 35 in body, in a scale of 0 to 255. 255 it's full shiny. So, don't know what happen, looks like that they not assuming the values in the diffuse file. The 3D GBX file not working in the wheels part or whatever, i mean, something that i don't understand about it. But they shiny and they shouldn't.

Re: Skins
Agreed, wheels have become way too shiny even with some dirt in it.
Other thing that bothers me is the bluriness of the textures in the in-game painter, I don't know why it does this, but even in 1366x768 max graphics settings the texture are INCREDIBELY BLURRY, like if they were in 10x10 pixels, you can't even recognise a 3 from a 5 or read text, very annoying.
