[Bug][FIXED] Title Pack Edit doesn't allow editing blocks and items while in map editor.

The only way to edit items currently in Title Pack Edit is using the Item Editor, and Custom Blocks are not editable at all.
Edit: Seems that you can just click "Add new custom block" to edit Custom Blocks.

Edit: I clicked "Add new custom block" to edit my custom block. Ok
