Because after all the things which are not working for you, I doubt that you are using exactly the same things...

Which operating system are you using, where the dedicated server is running? Which Windows, which Linux, which version?
Which version of the dedicated server are you using? Where did you get it from exactly? Link?
Which master controller software are you really using? Give the name, the version and the link.

i use windows 10 64bits, the dedicated server is on a hdd in a desktop folder. i use maniaplanet server v 2018.11.28.2023 ( i read it with a right click + properties)
i get it from a topic here : viewtopic.php?t=41346
for uaseco undef gave me aversion look back to the old messages on the topic

i have an idea : when i type /help then i click on /add uaseco says that the command is not enable
