TMUF Removing SP points from my account. Solo mode.

Hello everyone and nadeo. Since there is no answers to my problem on TM1 forum and also Email (contact@nadeo) i must post it here.

So ive been playing yesterday on TM united forever. Also yesterday ive had 63 023 SP on solo mode. On my county ive been 11th. The screenshot from my page is there too. Today I login to a game in and i see i have 57000 SP and on my county im 14th. On player site still 63 023 and 11th place. Why is that? Is this a bug or what? Could u give me my points back? My login is Romano Belucci / romanobelucci . I will do a screenshot ingame and also send it to you. Thanks for any help. Greetings.

No you mustn't. Expecting a response within about 9 hours on a quiet but appropriate forum primarily indicates impatience. Only if there's still no follow-up after a number of days, then one could consider other but less appropriate avenues.

FYI your "community code" is showing in your screenshot which, apparently, can be used to log in to third party sites like tm-ladder.com.

Keep in mind the solo ladder only updates once a day. Usually there is a desync between client leaderboard savestate and the one from the server/cloud, so it's normal to see points disappearing and reappearing at a later point when the sync was successful.
