[MP 4.1] Suggestion: Increasing Horn limit from 9.59 seconds to 15.0 seconds

Hello,

I want to submit a Little Suggestion, Increasing the horn Limit from 9.59 to 15 seconds
For some times the Limit isn't enough to create a horn where actually some other parts of the Sound is contained
Maybe to make it more possible, it will be good to increase the Horn Limit to 15 seconds.
