This bug is well listed but I can't tell you when we can look at it for the moment.

Re: [BUG][URGENT]Please fix the SnowCar physics...
Hello
I have been privileged enough to be part of the beta group of TMOne Alpine and I have to say this is such an amazing project.
Its fantastic that Nadeo even released the TMU cars with TMU physics, so I really want to say think you to them for doing that in the first place
Regarding the reported bug, it really would be awesome to have this fixed because I sometimes can't tell if my illegal block mixing is unsmooth because of my imperfect micro placing and tilting, or if its just because the car jumps around sometimes
But I'm having so much fun playing in snow with MP tools

Just to show an example, here is a video I was working on, but in the loop, you can see the cars do not maintain the train formation, and I couldn't tell you if that is my fault or just the car (that section is from about 55 seconds in)
Oh, and did I mention I was having lots of fun with this?

I'm also part of the TMOne project.
After some further investigations and closely looking at a lot of replays, it appears that the car hitbox is actually going slightly below the road sometimes. It's made worse when there is a lot of downward pressure on the car, such as in some banked parts, tubes, and on certain platforms.
Then, on parts such as platforms, what happens is that this hitbox collides with the borders between blocks, and this sends the car skyward. And we have ourselves a bump or bug.
This issue is not isolated to TMOne. I've had it happen in Lagoon maps as well, especially on wood parts.
We've found a workaround in TMOne that nerfs most of these bugs. florenzius has made the top half of the borders non-collidable wherever the car is most likely to bug. It has reduced the occurrence of these bugs a lot. However, it has some side effects. Like, if you get too close to the edge of the road, your wheel can slip over the edge and glitch through it. So it's not the ideal solution, but it's workable. The main downside is that this only improves Snow gameplay in the upcoming Alpine titlepack. It doesn't help with SnowCar in any of the other environments.
So perhaps the hitbox could be examined on the SnowCar, especially when the suspension is under full load. There's something not quite right there.
