Maniaplanet Connection Error 12002 2019 Pls Fix

Hey Support team. I am currently having issue with connecting to the master severs for mania planet. Each time i start up one of the trackmanias it opens up normally but then takes a really long time connecting with [ Checking the connection to the game master server. Please Wait... ] Then after a couple of minuets it just says [ Cannot connect to the server (12002) At first i thought it was a steam issue with the trackmanin on steam but then someone recommend that i should try downloading the mania planet launcher direct. So i did that and once again same problem. ??? I have check my Windows firewall and it says it letting it go through. Also MY TMU and turbo online has stopped working. I tried maniaplanet on another pc and once again same problem? Im really out of luck at the moment and getting pretty upset that basically all my track manias games online features have stop working. Also i have a perfect internet connection so it shouldn't be anything to do with that?. Also i live in Australia Brisbane Queensland. While looking around i have also found a couple of Forms with people that have had this issue before but have not had a great replie or any replies.

Any help would be massively appreciated to fix this issue. I don't want to give up my love of trackmania.

12002 is "The request has timed out".

Either Nadeo's servers are blocking you (unlikely), your ISP is blocking Nadeo's servers (unlikely), or there's some generic problem between your connect and Nadeo's servers. Really hard to say without more info. I'd suggest trying with other computers, changing your windows DNS server (to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1), or switching network (if you are able to) and trying again.

Ok so a update on the issue. I have manage to find a way to connect to the mania planet using a VPN called TunnleBear. But am still unable to join/connect to any of the trackmania online servers. Same issue with Trackmania Turbo and TMU

Also having this issue, located in Darwin, Australia, and also with iiNet. I see an iiNet tab open in your screenshot OP, could this maybe be ISP related then?

To give a quick update, it does seem to be related to iiNet (the isp we're both with), other people on different ISPs don't seem to be having the issue so it's unlikely to be strictly regional.

I submitted a ticket to iiNet, hopefully they'll get back to me soon. I'll post about it if I work anything out.

iiNet say that they aren't blocking anything and gave fairly standard advice to try using another DNS, but I already use another DNS so I know it isn't that.

Not really sure what to try next.

You could try the ManiaplanetLogs.exe and post the logfile it creates.
Also try to trace the internet route to www.maniaplanet.com and also ping the server using a commandline:

and post the results here as well.

Perhaps it is just taking to much time to send the requests and get the responses from the masterserver.
But in times of gigabit fiber to the home and really fast intercontinental connections,
I really doubt that it takes minutes...
