You guys have the same video chip (RTX 2080).
Could be one common factor.

Hmmm okay. Do you have any advice of things we can do to fix our game ? My GeForce drivers are up-to-date by the way.

I don't know. Since I have the RTX2060, I did not see such a crash.
You could try the logs version (separate download, see the links in my signature), whoch would allow more debugging than the crashlog.
