If we change at which level is a layer mirror, it can bugged.
Also, another problem discover during the video, it seems to lose some part of selection when we hide / unhide a mix of layers.

Both of your issues are linked to the movement of your layers. Modifiers Layers (such as Mirror) use LayerIDs and Groups Numbers (there's no IDs on them
) to identify groups in other layers.
In the case of Mirrors (which are the only modifiers that can create Groups), they then depend on what the other Mirror created... and that depend on what Groups there was before the Mirror. Since you moved them above another Layer that changes the Groups number (the other Geometry), one mirror can find its Group the other now can't.
In these cases, when you edit a Layer Mask, even if you don't change it, there's a hidden clean of what's in the Mask concerning the Groups we can't find. Hence your second "bug".
