[BUG][FIXED] Chase Attack Ghost Lag

Hello,

After today's update the ghosts on the Chase Attack program lag super bad and it is unplayable for that game mode. Everyone was experiencing it also so it wasn't just isolated. Was there a netcode change introduced that caused this or just a simple bug? Hopefully it is fixed soon because its hard to play that game mode when the ghost desyncs every second.

The same lag was there again today, which was weird because when the program started, the first track was normal with no lag or anything. When the 2nd track loaded and started the mass lag started. Sucks because I finally had some days off to play the program and now its all messed up
