Bought TM2 in 2009

Seems theres been a few changes since then. Both of my game keys were not accepted by maniaplanet.com under Player page->Associate game key. How do I contact support?

Are you sure its TM2?
Because TM2 started in 2011 and not in 2009!

I found out it was Trackmania Nations Forever. Is that still a thing?
