Http error 10 055 when signing in

When I sign in I get
Could not connect:
http error 10 055
I think this is because I changed my profile picture into something else from the launcher, then it wouldn't let me leave the menu. I wanted to go to sleep so i shut my pc down.
I bought canyon, lagoon, stadium, United and valley through steam, but only played lagoon, and now I can't play any.

Can you post your PC specs?

Also, try starting the game via the logs build, which will generate a log file you can post here.

when I went to run the logs file, it didn't open, I'm not sure where to save it.

Please extract the zip file where Maniaplanet.exe is located, and run the logs version from this folder.
The log files will be saved in the Maniaplanet folder in your Windows Documents.

I am using windows defender, and I haven't installed anything new.

I'm able to launch the game in offline mode, but I can only play lagoon, since the others need updates. the problem is that I can't sign into my account from the launcher. this is true for all the steam launcher instances and the launcher I dowloaded off the link provided. I am able to sign in from the website
