[FIXED][Bug] Mesh Modeler: "Create Material" crash

When visibility is disabled, selecting "Create Material" crashes the game.
Reproduce:
1. Enter Mesh Editor
2. Select Materials mode
3. Disable Visibility
4. Click "Create Material"
