All custom block variants get embeded

Hey all!

If a custom block has more than one customized variant all of them get embedded into the map file. This happens both if only one variant or all variants are actually used in the map. Since the embed size of all maps is limited this is unwanted behavior. It adds a lot of unnecessary size to the block and pushes the embed size closer to the limit.
If it would be possible to reuse some layers in all custom variants that would help as well.

Seems like the same issue you can get with the items packs (in a Pack.gbx) you can find on Maniapark for instance. I had the issue on my previous map and i wasn't aware you could bypass the 1 Mo limit with OpenPlanet until the very end so i did similar block(s) myself.
If this behavior could also change similar to the issue you've with the variants, it'd be quite nice.
