Validationcode

Hi, I need a new validationcode in order to spent some planets ingame. I logged in to my account and to receive a new validationcode, I can;
- use my email or;
- enter my gamekey.

I dont know where to find my game key since I have this game for ages and have no clue where I bought it. I presume from Nadeo online, not sure.
Anyway, I want to use the emailoption, so I filled in my emailaddress. But surprisingly I get the message that there is no email associated with my account and I can see and/or change it in my account (ingame). Error while sending the mail: There is no mail in the account.

So I went back ingame and see that there is no emailaddress in my account. So I fill in my emailaddress. GUESS WHAT!?!? Manianplanet asks my validationcode in order to confirm my emailaddres.....

Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks in advance for your reply.

This is something you have to resolve with the Ubisoft support, you'll have to open a support ticket with them.
